This can include massage, joint mobilisation and  manipulation.

We are the only physiotherapy in practice in Palm Beach to have a CPM machine to assist in stretching stiff knees to gain more range of movement and improve function.  

Relax on the bed as the machine uses continual passive range of motion to slowly flex and extend your knee for half an hour. This can be an important too in improving range of movement post surgery. 

This will include what is wrong, how to fix it, how long it will take, how to prevent recurrence.

Sports taping, Kinesio taping, and supplying braces or support may be required for whatever injury including customised thermoplastic braces for wrist of hand injuries.

An individualised and specific rehabilitation program can be prescribed to aid in recovery, restore function and can prevention of further injury through strengthening, mobility, muscle control, muscle co-ordination, movement patterns, core stability retraining exercises.
